Thanksgiving should be a daily practice, not just a once a year tradition. If you have not already adopted a daily practice of gratitude I hope that you will. It is very simple, here is one way…

When you wake up in the morning, write down 3 things that you are thankful for and 2 affirmations.

and before you go to sleep write down 3 things you are thankful for. They can be the same or different.

Wake up and go to sleep everyday with gratitude. It is the best way to book end your day and will make your life and the lives of those around you better. Teach your children the power of gratitude. I can still hear my Grandma’s voice asking me to count my blessings everyday. She was right.
